Event Planner Assistant
Lucrezia since 2022 has been part of the Luccaorganizza team, she provides support to the realization of corporate events by working alongside Simona and Benedetta in both the design and production phases.
A careful collaborator able to memorize every detail related to the client’s request, she specializes in site inspections and pianification of layouts.
Within the company she manages on behalf of clients the paperwork and many other technical aspects related to suppliers. With curiosity and desire to grow, she approaches each new challenge as an opportunity to sharpen her skills, with the goal of further structuring her profession by always giving assurance of events where everything ‘runs smoothly’.
Thanks to her training in Language Mediation and Interpreting and her international experience in the United States, she accurately supports every organizational phase even for foreign clients, helping to create curated and customized events.

Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of Lucca and Tuscany, she helps enhance lesser-known locations, traditions, and itineraries, offering customized solutions for every type of event.
A graduate in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a licensed Tour Guide from the Tuscany Region, she expertly supports Italian and international clients in all aspects of hospitality, coordinating visits, activities, and logistical services with precision and reliability.
